Refund Policy

Changing Room uses a credit-based system. This policy explains how credits are consumed, refunded, and what happens when things go wrong.

Automatic Refunds (Technical Failures)

Credits are automatically refunded when a try-on job fails due to a technical error on our side. This includes:

  • AI provider errors or timeouts
  • Jobs stuck in processing for more than 10 minutes
  • Worker crashes or unexpected interruptions

Refunds are credited back to your wallet within minutes of the failure being detected. You will see a "Refund for failed try-on" entry in your transaction history.

No Refund Cases

Credits are not refunded in the following situations:

  • The try-on completed but you are unhappy with the visual result — AI-generated images are inherently variable
  • You submitted incorrect or low-quality photos of yourself
  • Credits that have expired per the stated expiry window
  • Credits used for jobs you initiated and completed successfully

Credit Pack Purchases

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Credits expire as stated at purchase time (15–120 days depending on the pack). Expired credits are forfeited with no cash value.

Subscription Credits

Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle. Cancelled subscriptions retain credits for the remainder of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

How to Request Support

If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted or a refund was not processed, contact us at our contact page. Include your account email and the approximate time of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
