By using Changing Room ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use one-time codes for authentication — do not share these codes with anyone. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credits

  • Credits are consumed when a try-on job is submitted, not when it completes
  • Credits are refunded automatically if a try-on fails due to a technical error on our side
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their consent
  • Use the Service to generate inappropriate or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit grants
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. AI-generated content

Try-on results are generated by AI models and are approximations only. They should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing decisions. Fit, color, and appearance may vary from actual products. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of try-on results.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for try-on generation. We retain ownership of the platform, models, and generated output.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

9. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed separately at changingroom.app/refund. Credits are automatically refunded for technical failures. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable.
